19. A delegates meeting will be held when required (see Meetings page for dates) so they must be present to receive competition draws. There are only two meetings that delegates MUST attend. If failure to attend these two meetings the offending team will be fined £5.00 for each meeting not attended.

20. There will be a Team Bond of £10.00 to cover any fines imposed on defaulting teams.

22. THE AGM WILL NOW BE PART OF THE DELEGATES MEETINGS, ANY TEAM NOT REPRESENTED WILL BE FINED £5.00 AS PER NORMAL DELEGATES RULES.
